What are the options for purchasing a listing?

We want the ACXPA Supplier Directory to be the best resource to help connect Australian businesses to suppliers that can help them to deliver better customer experiences.

So we've got two cost-effective solutions to add your business:

1. You can purchase a single listing in any category you choose, starting from just $47 per year.

2. You can purchase an ACXPA Vendor Membership that provides a host of benefits to help you promote your business, including a listing in the directory.

What are some of the other benefits of being an ACXPA Vendor Member?

An ACXPA Vendor membership includes listings in this directory, in addition to a range of other benefits to help improve brand awareness and trust in your business, including:

  • Publish articles on the ACXPA website to establish your key employees as thought leaders.
  • Promote your upcoming events (i.e Webinars, conferences, etc) on the Industry Events Calendar

You can also request an invoice on our checkout page if you are unable to use a credit card, or need an invoice to send to your accounts team for payment.

What's the difference between a category and a subcategory?

We've designed the ACXPA Supplier Directory to make it easier for customers to find what they are looking for in two ways:

  • When they are on the directory
  • Directly from a Google search

In order to maximise the opportunities, some categories required subcategories to provide clearer search results.

For example, with Call Centre Outsourcing, we have subcategories by country as we find most people are looking for BPOs in a specific country.

Categories with NO subcategories:

What are Search Tags?

Each category or subcategory has its own search tags, which make it easier for customers to find the exact solution they need.

Depending on the listing level you choose, it will include a number of search tags you can select, ranging from our Entry Level listing with 1 search tag through to the Premium level that enables you to select up to 15 search tags.

As well as helping people hone in on solutions while browsing our directory, they also rank independently on Google, enabling people to go directly to a list of suppliers for the exact product or service they are looking for.

So, the more search tags you can add to your listing, the more opportunities for your business to be seen by potential customers.

What order do listings appear in?

All Business Directory listings appear in the following order from top to bottom in all categories, subcategories and search tags:

  • Premium
  • Advanced
  • Essential
  • Basic
  • Entry

So, all the premium-level listings will be displayed first, followed by the advanced-level listings, essential-level listings, and so on.

How do I get the top position for category, subcategory or search tag?

We also work on first-in, best-dressed within each level and category/subcategory, so purchasing a listing to get ahead of your competitors has benefits.

For example, if you are the first business to purchase a Premium level in a specific category, you will always retain the top position as long as you renew your listing even if 10 other businesses purchase a premium level listing.

My business appears on your directory via Google, but I cannot see it when I search on the directory.

As an industry service, we've tried to list some businesses to help customers searching for businesses or specific solutions via a Google search.

However, once a customer arrives on the ACXPA Supplier Directory and expands their search by a particular category, subcategory or search tag, only PAID listings will appear

With prices starting from just $47 per year, you can easily ensure you capitalise on customers browsing for solutions related to your business.

Can I add my business to multiple categories?

Yes! However, our pricing is per category/sub-category so if you want your business to appear in two different sub-categories or categories, it would be treated as two separate listings.

Example of Different Categories:

If you wanted to add your business to the Consulting category and Workplace Training category, as they are different categories, you would need to purchase two separate listings.

Example of Different Subcategories:

The Call Centre Outsourcing category has different subcategories for each country, so if you wanted to appear in both Outsourcing/Australia and Outsourcing/Philippines, you would need to purchase two separate listings.

How long is a directory listing displayed?

When you purchase any listing level in our directory, it's for a full calendar year.

The 12 months commences from the date you purchase your listing.

What kind of data/analytics is available?

We include an analytics dashboard (for Essential listings and above) that will provide you with the number of views by category, subcategory, and search tags, allowing you to see how and where your business is being noticed.

For the Advanced and Platinum levels, you'll also receive even more analytics, including the number of clicks on your listing for website URLs and phone numbers, contact requests (with the details of who requested contact), the number of downloads of your brochures, and more.

Just click on the 'Analytics' button for each listing on your dashboard

How does the ACXPA Supplier Directory compare to other advertising options?

Potential customers looking at our directory are here for one reason - to find a solution that is specific to the Contact Centre, Customer Service and Customer Experience (CX) industry.

If your business provides products or services to these industries there is simply no better place to showcase your business.

Compared to options like Google Adwords, you can pay anywhere from $10 to $90 per click making the ACXPA Supplier Directory exceptional value with prices starting from just $3.91 AUD per MONTH!

For example, for 'Contact centre solutions' you can pay up to $96 per click  - our prices range from $47 to $1,297 per year
