We specialise in Customer Experience (CX), Customer Service and Contact Centres courses.

All our training courses have been designed to deliver results based on decades of experience in Customer Experience (CX), Customer Service and Contact Centres across both the public and private sectors and we partner with proven experts from around the world to ensure your training is delivered by experts who share the same passion we do about empowering our employees at all levels to succeed. 

We offer a range of training courses from short 3-hour courses to advanced courses for specialist roles and senior executives across two key formats: 

Public courses

Our public training courses have fixed dates, times and durations making it easy to plan ahead and are perfect for individuals or small numbers (you can purchase as little as one ticket). They can also be a great way to expand your network and learn from others on a similar journey. 

Private courses

Our private courses are delivered exclusively for your employees and are more cost-effective for larger numbers/teams as well as providing more flexibility on the dates, times, duration and content of the training course.

Onsite or Online

Whilst we'd love to be providing onsite training, the reality is it's currently very difficult to schedule given the COVID situation with border closures, restrictions etc. Where possible, we'll do our best but for now, the majority of our training is conducted online via Zoom.  Whilst we were initially sceptical about online training, it's actually delivered a number of benefits and the feedback from students completing our courses have continued to be great.
